Industrial production increased 0.6 percent in June

Industrial production increased 0.6 percent in June after declining 0.3 percent in May. For the 2nd quarter as a whole, industrial production fell at an annual rate of 1.0 percent, its third consecutive quarterly decline. Capacity utilization for the industrial sector increased 0.5 percentage point in June to 75.4 percent, a rate that is 4.6 percentage points below its long-run (1972-2015) average.

July 2016 Empire State Manufacturing Survey Indicates Flattened Business Activity

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York released its July 2016 Empire State Manufacturing Survey which indicates that business activity flattened out for New York manufacturers. Firms were less optimistic about future conditions compared to last month.

The Chicago Fed Survey of Business Conditions (CFSBC) Activity Index Decreased

The Chicago Fed Survey of Business Conditions (CFSBC) Activity Index decreased to -24 from -21 suggesting that growth in economic activity remained modest in late May and June. The CFBSC Manufacturing Activity Index declined to -28 from -17.

US Raw Steel Production Dropped Last Week

US raw steel production last week dropped 1.4 percent as mills operated at an ACUR of 73.2 percent. In the corresponding week last year mills operated at an ACUR of 73.2 percent. On the year mills have produced prox 47,500,000 tons at an ACUR of 72.5 percent, down from the prox 47,800,000 tons produced in the like period last year at an ACUR of 72.3 percent.

Like others on the political left, Mr. Obama has made a habit of minimizing or ignoring the high black crime rates that obviously underlie tensions between poor minority communities and cops. More than 95% of black shooting deaths do NOT involve the police, which would seem to undercut the notion that trigger happy cops are hunting black men. Sadly, rates of murder, rape, robbery, assault and other violent crimes are 7 to 10 times higher among blacks than among whites, but liberals who don’t want to alienate black voters go to great lengths to explain away this behavior and focus instead on police conduct.”

So, you see, it is not the police out hunting for black men, it is police (black, white, Latino) working in high crime areas trying to serve and protect their neighborhoods, who are put into potentially violent and dangerous situations, most likely on a daily basis.

In these situations, split second decisions are made to defend oneself or those individuals whom you are there to protect, and yes, sometimes the wrong decision is made, unfortunately, those things will happen from time to time. No one is perfect, but making villains of our law enforcement professionals serves only to fan the flames of discontent and encourage violent action. Muy malo! Where would we be without our peace officers? Chaos would reign.

A couple more tidbits on the false “racist” narrative gripping the country:

This month “An Empirical Analysis of Racial Differences in Police Use of Force” by Harvard economics professor Roland G. Fryer, Jr., analyzing more than 1,000 officer involved shootings across the country, reports that there is zero evidence of racial bias in police shootings.

According to the Washington Post, police officers fatally shot 987 people in the US last year, the overwhelming majority were armed or threatening deadly force.

  • Blacks made up a lower percentage of those police shooting victims-26%-than would be predicted by the higher black involvement in violent crime. Whites made up 50% of police shooting victims-but you would never know that from media coverage.
  • Police officers face an 18 ½ times greater chance of being killed by a black male than an unarmed black male has of being killed by a police officer.

Indifferent to these facts, President Obama on Thursday, referring to the police killings in Baton Rouge and St. Paul, said:

These are not isolated incidents. They are symptomatic of a broader set of racial disparities that exist in our criminal justice system. He also said: “There are problems across our criminal justice system, there are biases-some conscious, some unconscious-that have to be rooted out.”

And he claimed that higher rates of arrests and stops among blacks reflect police discrimination; naturally, Obama remained silent about blacks’ far higher rates of crime.

Hillary Clinton has also taken up this warped cause. On CNN Friday she decried “systemic” and “implicit bias” in police departments. She also called on “white people” to better understand blacks “who fear every time their children go somewhere.”

Both Obama and Clinton ought to take a look at Chicago. Through July 9, 2090 people have been shot since January 1. How many were shout by police? Exactly 9.

It is evident there has been an appalling increase in shootings and murders in many cities across America. Most of the victims, in this poisonous era spawned by Black Lives Matter, have in fact, been black.

This is all so sad and could be avoided;
– If the media actually reported the truth
– If those purporting to seek justice for blacks, actually did instead of keeping people oppressed, in need of government assistance to live. Instead, they should be encouraging self- sufficiency, patriotism, continuing education, strong family units, and pride in self.

It is sickening that our first black president, instead of making the most of the opportunity he has had, has continued to play the racist card while the standard of living for blacks has tanked. Thank you Obama.

If Hillary gets elected, things will only get worse. What has she done for black Americans in all her years of public service? Nothing…but she and Bill haven’t done so badly-for a pair of crooks.

I am so tired of the liberals and progressives and their plans to fundamentally change our country, to dismantle our capitalist society and turn it into a communist wasteland. They encourage discontent, they incite to riot, they do not contribute, they take, they do not speak the truth, they lie and deceive. The current, albeit continual rage against our Peace Officers is a DISGUSTING display of ignorance and a lack of common sense.

Who will they call on when they are in need of help, in a desperate situation? Black lives matter? The new black panther party? Al Sharpton? Jesse Jackson? You may call them…but I can assure you, they won’t come. This has got to stop; it is pulling this great country apart. These radical groups are destroying our country as they enrich themselves on the backs of the poor they pretend to represent.

It’s all in the facts, the numbers do not lie. Our president seems to be one of the worst offenders, he loves to stir the pot, to speak before all the facts are in, to render opinion which mimics his agenda, whether it is wrong or not is of no concern to him. Sharpton? Jackson? They have enriched themselves and done NOTHING to help their brothers and sisters. Last I heard, Sharpton still owes over $4 MILLION in BACK TAXES. Do you have any idea what your gross income over time would have to be to incur that much in tax debt (yet the president has welcomed him to the White House many times)? It is theft from his people and theft from the United States government, from you and me. He should be in jail (that’s what got Al Capone jailed) next to that thief and liar Hillary Clinton.

Corruption in our government: Loretta Lynch met with members of Congress this week to “answer” questions about her meeting with Bill Clinton and Hillary’s email and server dilemma. She basically took the Fifth and skirted around every question, deferring to Director Comey’s statements.

It’s a load of crap. She met with Bill, a furor arose, she stated she would follow the recommendations of her career prosecutors, which means Comey was in the tank and she knew it. The tactic absolved her of any responsibility to render a judgement. How convenient. Rigged? Quite possibly.

What about Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, voicing her political opinions? That is a no no. Naturally she is trying to cover her ass by walking her statements back, but the damage has been done and the truth about her political proclivity is now common knowledge. She should not be permitted to adjudicate any case wherein ones political leanings can affect judgment in that case. Retire or resign, but get the hell out of the Supreme Court…your judgment is biased.

My God folks, we have been overtaken by greedy leaders, liars, cheaters and self-serving bastards at a time when we need leaders and patriots.

Bastille Day Massacre

Overnight Thursday a Muslim drove a large truck through the crowds at a Bastille Day celebration in Nice, France. At least 84 people were run over and killed by this piece of shit, including 10 children. 25 of the wounded are in critical condition with some 200 others wounded and I suspect the number of dead will rise.

What is the world waiting for before aggressive action is taken? No one wants our men and women going off to war but we are under attack and our FREEDOM and that of others must be defended. RADICAL ISLAMIC TERRORISM has declared war on the world.

Steps must be taken to stop this madness. How long will it be until someone or some group gains possession of and detonates a nuclear device in the midst of innocent people? Screw the idea of being offensive to Islam. These are bad people, they do not agree with the ideals of free people. They have declared war on non-Muslims. I repeat again; they have declared war on non-Muslims.

The people of the free world can sit back and accept these attacks as part of today’s world affairs or we can raise up our armies and take the fight to them BEFORE it gets to the United States. I can tell you this; massive destruction and death in the United States is the goal of these rats, it would be the frosting on the cake. Enough already, we cannot delude ourselves any further.

Unfortunately, Obama will do nothing, he is sympathetic to Islam, he has shown that over and over and over again. Hillary won’t do anything, the Clinton Foundation probably accepts donations from these creeps. She is morally bankrupt and worthy of nothing, let alone the presidency of the USA.

Finally, she released 30,000 of some 60,000 alleged emails then she deleted the rest of the emails and will NOT turn over the server for investigation.
