Manufacturing Conditions Improved in March

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia released its March 2019 Manufacturing Business Outlook Survey and reports manufacturing conditions improved in the region this month. The indicators for general activity, new orders and shipments returned to positive territory while the employment indicator remained positive.

US Raw Steel Production ACUR 82.9%

In the week ending March 16, 2019 US raw steel production was 1,930,000 tons and the ACUR was 82.9 percent. Thus far this year mills have produced prox 20,310,000 tons up 6.7 percent from the prox 19,035,000 tons produced in the like period last year.

US Drill Rigs Running Declined Last Week

The number of drill rigs running in the USA declined by 1 to 1026, up by 36 rigs from the same period last year, meanwhile Canadian drilling declined by 28 to 161 which is down 58 rigs from the same period last year.

The Federal Reserve Bank said on Wednesday that it is unlikely they will move to raise interest rates any further in 2019.

US Leading Economic Index (LEI) for February 2019 Increased

The US Leading Economic Index (LEI) for February 2019 was released by the Conference Board which reports the index increased 0.2 percent to 111.5 following no change in January and a 0.1 percent decline in December 2018.

Despite the latest results, the US LEI’s growth rate has slowed over the past 6 months, suggesting that the recovery will continue to expand in the near-term, but its pace of growth could decelerate by year end. (My view; the last sentence is an assumption, which is not factual. The LEI could just as easily accelerate. RB)

Existing Home Sales Jumped in February

After falling three of the last four months, sales of existing homes roared back in February. Overall sales jumped 11.8%. Sales benefited from better weather earlier this year and lower mortgage rates.

A Proposal to Eliminate the Electoral College

The lying Elizabeth Warren (we can no longer call her Pocahontas. That lie has been revealed) has proposed this week, the elimination of the Electoral College, naturally, the rest of the flies landed on the same piece of rotting meat to espouse this anti-American idea. The purpose of the electoral college is to smooth out voter concentrations in metropolitan areas of high population, i.e.; there are more people in Los Angeles County than there are in many entire states in the plains states and the mostly rural parts of the country. Eliminating the college effectively eliminates the votes in those states.

The Electoral College system has worked for nearly 2 ½ centuries and this is only another attempt by the Democrats to change the rules because they CANNOT win with the lack of ideas they are presenting to the American people. These morons continue to insist that the Constitution is outdated. This a complete falsehood. God himself put the Founders together at that point in time and granted them the wisdom to perceive the proclivities of men. Far from being outdated, our Constitution contains the wisdom of the ages and is as relevant today as it was in 1776. God Bless America

Virginia Governor’s Controversies

Have you noticed that no one is calling for, or even mentioning, the demands for the resignation of Governor Northam in Virginia, for his “black face” catastrophe? Or for the resignation of his Lieutenant Governor, accused of sexual abuse by several women? All just swept under the rug.

Two or 3 weeks ago these idiots chose to allow the murder of children AFTER they were delivered. Northam did it in Virginia, Cuomo in New York. Very Christian people are these.

If the Democrats Take the White House …

If a leftist takes the White House, they will immediately repeal the tax cuts President Trump won for individuals and businesses. Do not listen to their bullshit about the 1%. The 1% pay 70% of the taxes in the country. They should be applauded, not vilified. Same thing with business, to the left, corporations are the villains but where would we work if not for the private sector? I would not want a government job, then they REALLY own you. I agree that all workers should be treated fairly and should be compensated fairly. Large corporations who do not do those things as a matter of corporate policy, should be punished and made to change. After all, this IS the USA. It is NOT a totalitarian state…yet.

Allowing 16-year-old children the vote: Nancy Pelosi herself said “we must capture our children while they are young.” Indoctrination? They want and need generations of subservient, needful robots. Another blatant attempt to gain power.

Allowing illegal immigrants the vote. What do these people NOT understand about ILLEGAL? Again, another blatant attempt to gain votes, and thereby, power.

What other idiocy have the Democrats presented this week?

Lets, see Beto O’Rourke can skateboard, he can hack a website and play guitar. He has yet to propose a concrete platform on which to stand as a candidate for President of the United States. This morning I saw a video of Kirsten Gillibrand lifting weights in the gym. Hmmm, an attempt to counter the Beto in the dentist chair video? I mean, this is all bullshit. It is a game to these people, they have no clue as to what being president means but they DO know it would burnish their resume. It would set them and their children up for life, never mind they would destroy the United States as we know it. Not a one is qualified to be president, except Joe Biden, and his own party will destroy him in the race as he is too close to the center.

So, here we are again folks, over 2 years later and the wolves are still at the door and I will be ranting for the next year and a half in my attempt to assure those who support Donald Trump that they are doing the right and proper thing, and hopefully to persuade those who do not, to also do the right and proper thing. These are very dangerous times for our country and we must stand together to preserve our freedoms, our liberties and our ability to exercise our free will.

President Disparages McCain … Again

This week the media was all a-buzz because the president went after John McCain while at the Lima Tank plant here in Ohio. In my view, this was totally unnecessary. Mr. Trump handily beat Mr. McCain in the primaries. At that time, he also made a quite unnecessary statement about McCain’s military service. These two things caused Mr. McCain to seek revenge by voting against “repeal and replace” and by handing the Steele Dossier over to the FBI in lieu of the president. I was against that statement and those made this week. We have more important things to do in this country.

Fox Suspends Pirro

I am sure you have heard the Judge Jeanine Pirro, who had a show on Fox News, has been suspended for comments she made about representative Ilhan Omar and her loyalty to Islamism. The noise from the left was palpable. CAIRE (Council on American-Islamic Relations) a group funded and run by Hamas, a terrorist organization whose stated purpose is the destruction of Israel, had the balls to demand that she be fired…and Fox News caved to their demands. What???

Since when are you not permitted to have an opinion in this country? This was a very bad move by Fox.
